Legal and Regulation Division:

To provide legal advice to the board & all the divisions; drafts law, rules and regulations related to insurance legal aspects and regulates insurance Sector as per the Insurance Act,2079 and also to prepare insurance policy and guidelines necessary for insurance sector.

Management Division:

To Administer overall general management, financials, and human resource related services of the organization and also to prepare insurance policy and guidelines necessary for insurance sector.

Supervision Division:

To supervises overall insurance sector through onsite as well as offsite inspection and to conduct research and manage insurance statistics as per the Insurance Act,2079 and also to prepare insurance policy and guidelines necessary for insurance sector.

Insurance Development and Promotion Division:

To develop and execute various plans and polices for promotion and development of insurance sector and to issue and approve agriculture insurance, micro insurance and other life and non-life policies and to do reinsurance related work and also to prepare insurance policy and guidelines necessary for insurance sector.
